* How to mold the mouth guard?

 

. Boil for 30-40 seconds.

. Remove the mouthpiece from the water.

. Put it in cold water for 5 seconds.

. Put it in your mouth and bite to mold it.

. Once molded, put in cold water for a few seconds so that it solidifies better.
